Marston's PLC in the UK is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around, leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

You'll support the GM to hit financial KPIs, inspire the team on every shift, and progress through our Aspire programme into a General Manager role. We offer flexible and part-time hours, a performance bonus, staff discounts, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like or branded pub environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a pub team.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and KPI targets.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM.
• Bring prior deputy/assistant manager experience in a branded pub.
• Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences.
