Job summary

Wagamama in Cheltenham is seeking a designate general manager ready to step up and lead from the front. You’ll run the restaurant with a customer-first mindset, nurture a strong team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling great.

You’ll gain exposure across nearby sites and grow into full GM leadership as you learn how the operation comes together. You’ll love driving service excellence, coaching your team, and maintaining composure under pressure while applying a kaizen mindset to improve daily
