Job summary

wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager to bring calm in the chaos, rhythm to the rush, and strong team support in a fast-paced restaurant. You will work closely with the general manager to drive performance, energy, and service excellence.

You will coach the team to grow beyond targets, lead with empathy, and help create a welcoming environment where food brings people together. This role offers growth opportunities within the company culture.
