wagamama is seeking a General Manager in Greater London to lead a busy restaurant with energy and warmth. You’ll set the tone, nurture your team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences, while upholding our brand standards.

You’ll coach with kindness, manage operations under pressure, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This full-time role offers an opportunity to grow with a dynamic team and shape the guest journey across every shift.
