Halfords in Horsham is recruiting an Assistant Manager to drive the success of the centre. You will support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do.

• On-target earnings up to £40,600
• Comprising a base salary of £33,500
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £7,100 per year.

Skills and experience

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
• Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
• A current valid driving licence
