Design Integrator Role

As a Design Integrator, you will support technical design investigations and act as the bridge between Engineering and Operations, ensuring that design solutions are robust, efficient, and industrially viable. You will support both reactive and proactive engineering activities, implementing design solutions for non-conformances and leading projects to improve product quality and reduce recurring issues. The role involves managing technical topics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to cost, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping priorities, driving continuous improvement, and supporting sustainability and operational excellence goals.

Design Integrator Essential Skills

• Proven experience in aerospace or structural engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
