Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking an R&T Wing Design Integrator in the Bristol area on a contract basis with hybrid working. The role focuses on technical design solutions and leadership for aerospace wing integration projects across the lifecycle.

You will work in a small, collaborative team, handling studies, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and efficiency. Prior aerospace design experience and knowledge of installation/integration are essential.

Qualifications

• Aerospace design background.
• Experience with installation/integration design.
• Experience with research and testing.
• Knowledge of aerospace systems, structures or composites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design solutions, studies and investigations per airworthiness requirements from concept to in-service support.

Certain Advantage is hiring for an R&T Wing Design Integrator based in the Bristol area.

This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Company

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role

This role is for a R&T Wing Design Integrator —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Technical design solutions, studies and investigations in line with airworthiness requirements, covering the full lifecycle from concept to in-service support.
• Design leadership to internal and external teams.
• Continuous improvement and lean engineering initiatives to enhance team efficiency, 'Right First Time' delivery and lead time reduction.
