Job summary

Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd in partnership with a Bristol-area aerospace manufacturer is seeking an R&T Wing Design Integrator on a contract, hybrid basis.

You will drive aero design activities from concept to in-service support, provide design leadership to internal and external teams, and implement lean engineering initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce lead times. This is a hands-on role for ambitious engineers who want to make a tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Aerospace design background
• Installation/ integration design
• Research & Testing
• Aerospace systems or structures, Composite

Responsibilities

• Technical design solutions, studies and investigations in line with airworthiness requirements, covering the full lifecycle from concept to in-service support.
• Design leadership to internal and external teams.
• Continuous improvement and lean engineering initiatives to enhance team efficiency, 'Right First Time' delivery and lead time reduction.
