TeacherActive is working with a mainstream secondary school based in Middlesbrough, seeking a Design Technology Teacher to deliver Resistant Materials, Woodwork and Art & Design to KS3/KS4. The role is full-time and long-term with an Immediate Start or January 2027 start date.

You will plan, deliver, mark and assess in line with the National Curriculum, bringing strong classroom management and a creative, practical approach to inspire students.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome.
• Experience teaching Design Technology across KS3/KS4.
• Strong knowledge of Resistant Materials, Woodwork and Art & Design.
• Experience planning, delivering and marking lessons per National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Positive, adaptable approach to inspire students.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across Resistant Materials, Woodwork and Art & Design.
• Plan, prepare, and assess with regular marking in line with curriculum.
