Royal High School Bath is seeking a practical and organised Design Technology Technician to join our busy DT workshops. You will prepare materials, maintain machinery, and support teachers and students during practical activities across our design and making spaces.

Experience with workshop health and safety procedures is essential, while experience in education or transferable skills from engineering or manufacturing is welcome.

• Ability to prepare materials and maintain stock of resources.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in workshops.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and resources for lessons.
• Maintain and inspect workshop machinery and equipment.
• Support teachers and students during practical activities.
• Contribute to creating a safe, inspiring learning environment.
• Manage stock and display work; assist with exhibitions.
• Assist with photography and display preparation.
