Job summary

Kronospan’s design-led showroom in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Sales and Showroom Assistant to support events, product sampling and customer engagement.

You will help with sampling for architects and designers, host guests, maintain displays, and handle administrative tasks such as inventory and sample orders. Join a collaborative team that values creativity and service, offering a flexible 18-hour week across three days including every third Saturday.

Qualifications

• Interest in interior design and current design trends.
• Customer service experience within a design or retail setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and professionals.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy showroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising, preparing, and hosting showroom events.
• Manage and facilitate product sampling for architects, designers, and clients.
• Engage with visitors, provide product advice, and nurture key relationships.
• Promote products via updated window displays to increase showroom footfall.
• Maintain showroom layout, display quality, and stock presentation.
• Provide administrative support, including inventory and sample orders.
