Kronospan's Design Center & Showroom in Clerkenwell, London, seeks two part-time Showroom Assistants to join a design-driven team. The role focuses on customer service, event support, and product sampling across three days per week, including every third Saturday.

You will maintain an inspiring showroom, engage with architects and designers, and assist with inventory, samples, and administrative tasks. This 18-hour weekly schedule offers flexible, hands-on experience in a creative environment

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience is advantageous in a design/retail setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with clients and professionals.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a busy showroom.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and host events within the showroom to create guest experiences.
• Manage product sampling and provide information to architects and designers.
• Engage with visitors from architecture and design sectors and build relationships.
• Update window displays and promotions to increase footfall.
• Keep showroom organized and well-presented with stocked products.
• Assist with administrative tasks like inventory tracking and sample orders.
