Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Design Sales Assistant for our Reigate Showroom to create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment customers step through the door. You’ll understand their needs, guide them around the showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful, engaging way.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting Kitchen Sales Designers, and helping drive store targets. Weekend availability is useful as part of a flexible, values-driven team.

£26,538.49 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
