Job summary

Magnet Isle of Man showroom is seeking a Design Sales Assistant to create a warm, welcoming experience for customers exploring our showroom and Magnet's kitchen products. You will understand customer needs, guide them through displays and demonstrate products.

You will support sales targets with strong product knowledge, manage appointments, assist Kitchen Sales Designers, and contribute to a high-quality customer journey.

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate with good attention to detail.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
