Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Lead Design Program Manager within the XD organization of CIB to drive design operations and deliver the user experience of key products. You will partner with senior leaders to align design strategies with business outcomes and accelerate delivery using AI-enabled tools.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee evolving operating models, and enable data-driven decision making while improving workflows and design quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and implementing effective operating models that drive measurable business efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership to elevate the perceived value of UX as a critical business driver.
• Experience in Design Program Management, User Experience Design, Design Operations, Product Delivery, or Operations role focused on improving design delivery in cross-functional agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Organize programs and portfolios with rigor, aligning investments and deliverables with top priorities.
• Create, own, and execute the Design Operating Model for the group with documentation of processes and guidelines.
• Build trusted partnerships to understand needs, define opportunities, and drive value through data-driven insights.
