Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Fusion Product Delivery Manager to guide data/ML/AI programs across lines of business. You will shape strategic roadmaps, manage end-to-end delivery, and coordinate with senior leaders to align with the bank’s objectives.

You will drive data governance, AI initiatives, and technology adoption while ensuring regulatory controls and effective reporting across multiple teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product delivery, project or program management within financial services.
• Exposure to BCBS regulatory requirements is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to structure plans, deliver at pace, and drive initiatives in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic direction for data-driven projects and programs.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of firmwide initiatives with resources, budgets and timelines.
• Lead data management initiatives focusing on data lineage and data controls.
• Structure and deliver pragmatic, actionable plans at pace.
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders across tech and non-tech audiences.
• Foster innovation and adoption of AI and emerging technologies.
