Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an AI Associate within Securities Services Operations to drive a multi-year transformation using AI/ML. You will manage diverse projects, embed in workstreams, and deliver strategic improvements through strong project management and business processes expertise.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, produce materials, and help ensure on-time delivery of program objectives while addressing risks and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders involved in the program(s).
• Develop a keen understanding of business needs.
• Secure a strong understanding of the processes and responsibilities of all program participants.
• Support overall project delivery by embedding in workstreams, assisting with interdependencies, driving solutions, and escalating issues to ensure completion.
• Produce project materials at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the review and sign-off of project materials and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Provide support for the creation of project and program communication materials.
• Manage timely execution of the project plan and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, address, and resolve risks and issues impacting projects.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate strong performance, flexibility, independence, and the ability to build strong partnerships, elevate appropriately, and offer tactical or strategic solutions to issues encountered.
