Job summary

Bigblue Search Ltd. seeks a Design Manager with a strong background in hotel or high-end hospitality fit out to lead the design process from pre-construction through delivery on a 60-room hotel project in St Andrews.

Based in Scotland, you will coordinate design information with the client, architect, interior designer and consultants, drive value engineering and buildability reviews, and ensure packages are issued on time to support procurement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hotel or high-end hospitality fit out.
• Experience with PCSA or two-stage tender projects.
• Based in Scotland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management across the PCSA stage and through delivery.
• Coordinate design information and drive buildability reviews.
• Manage design queries and ensure timely package issuance to support procurement.
