Job summary

Evera Recruitment Ltd in Warwick is seeking a Design Engineer to deliver complex engineering projects from concept to manufacture. The role is hands-on, requiring ownership, problem-solving and close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to keep projects moving forward.

The candidate will have an Engineering or Operations background, with experience managing development projects, strong planning and proactive execution in fast-paced teams and knowledge of BOM

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations and risk registers.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Finance teams.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support procurement activities.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials and components are delivered on time.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues and delivery challenges.
• Support prototype builds and manufacturing activities.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

The Design Engineer will play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects from concept through to manufacture. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will combine technical expertise with project coordination, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
