Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a Procurement Assistant to help source, order and coordinate pieces for interior design and architecture projects. You’ll work with designers, architects, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, and support product schedules and specifications.

With 1–2 years in procurement or related roles, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or project administration.
• Experience in interiors, architecture, construction or design is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Research suppliers, makers, manufacturers and showrooms for furniture, lighting, fabrics, and other materials.
• Raise purchase orders, confirm details with suppliers and track orders to delivery.
• Check quotations, prices, lead times and keep project budgets on track.
• Maintain supplier records, price lists and a well-organised materials library.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and site teams and resolve issues.
