Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Design Consultant for one of our customers who has an expertise in:-

The consultant will be expected to:

• Design and facilitate workshops to gather input and align stakeholders
• Capture and synthesise feedback into clear, actionable insights
• Draft strategic papers, frameworks, and artefacts (e.g. RACIs, learner journeys)
• Support the development of the future operating model across People, Process, and Technology
• Help articulate a compelling narrative that simplifies complex data processes and lineages for a range of audiences
