The Unmistakables Ltd is seeking a Consultant to lead the design and delivery of client programmes, applying our relevance framework and tools while building trusted client relationships. You will contribute across the business and collaborate with a small, adaptable team to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect cultural and societal insights to business challenges and opportunities.
• Comfortable working in both delivery and commercial contexts, with an interest in how consulting businesses grow.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, understanding different stakeholder needs and delivering bespoke solutions that result in client and account growth.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, budgets and resources, in collaboration with Directors and the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client programmes with the project team, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and quality expectations.
• Design and deliver programmes of work and advisory engagements, underpinned by our relevance framework and other tools, customizing as necessary.
• Translate insights into clear, practical recommendations that support client decision-making.
• Demonstrate impact through case studies and outcomes.
• Manage projects with the client and colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
