Qualifications

• Experience in a tile showroom, interior design studio, or luxury design store.
• Strong design intuition and confident material judgment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the NW3 showroom with warmth and care.
• Provide thoughtful, design-led consultations.
• Help clients build cohesive palettes of colours, textures, and materials.
• Support architects, designers, and homeowners with specifications.
• Prepare quotations and manage sample orders.
• Maintain a beautiful, inspiring showroom environment.
• Contribute creative input to displays and moodboards.
• Build long-term relationships through genuine service and expertise.

At Terrazzo Tiles, we believe materials tell stories - of craft, of place, of the way a home should feel. We’re a boutique London showroom specialising in sustainable terrazzo, high-quality European porcelain, handmade tiles, and low-impact design solutions.

We’re growing steadily, and we’re looking for a warm, design-aware Showroom Consultant to join our team.

If you have experience in a design-led interiors showroom - such as Fired Earth, Mandarin Stone, Claybrook, luxury bathroom studios, or boutique design stores - your skillset will be highly valued here.

• A sincere appreciation for sustainable, high-quality materials
