Up to £20,000 - £25,000 | Full-time

We are seeking a creative and organised Design Assistant to support Designers and Senior Designers within a branded product business. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for a recent graduate in graphic design, fashion design, textiles design or a junior designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design team from concept to final design
  • Trend research and market analysis
  • Assist with mood boards, colour palettes and fabric references
  • Design products with prints and graphics
  • Upload designs and products to systems (including Centric)
  • Prepare factory artwork
  • Prepare and organise boards for retailer meetings
  • Ensure strong attention to detail across all work
  • Support the team to meet briefs and timelines
Skills & Experience
  • Ideally 6‑12 months experience or recent graduate
  • Background in textiles, print or graphics (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of colour and texture
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is essential
  • Creative, confident and inquisitive
