Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Design and Team Coordinator to support activities within the Marketing Team and the wider Bids, Business Development, Marketing, and Events Team at DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group. This role suits someone with experience in administrative roles and an interest in design and marketing.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Coordinator will support daily team activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, diligent, collaborative, and eager to contribute to successful initiatives.

What you will do

  1. Assist with general administration: monitor emails, arrange meetings, update reports, support campaigns and projects.
  2. Create and modify branded materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  3. Support email campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications.
  4. Contribute to social media strategies through benchmarking, reporting, and content creation.
  5. Maintain internal communications, including process documents and project boards on Monday.com.
  6. Update the team intranet and the company website, including uploading content and managing professional photographs.
  7. Manage contact records in the CRM database.
  8. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content for projects and campaigns.
  9. Provide administrative support for projects: scheduling, coordination, documentation.
  10. Handle support requests from internal stakeholders.
  11. Assist with content management for shared drives and content libraries.

Who you are

  • A team player with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with basic Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Some travel to Birmingham office may be required.
