Job summary

Last Mile is seeking a Design Administrator in Hamilton, Glasgow to support the smooth running of the Design function. You will provide professional administrative support, coordinate design activities, and ensure internal teams and external partners receive high-quality service.

The role offers hybrid working, with a focus on data handling, queries, and maintenance of electronic databases to aid compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working within a similar technical administrative role.
• Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Data input and maintenance of electronic databases, populated with Asset and Customer information to facilitate compliance.
• Managing and responding to queries from internal and external sources (customers, shippers, suppliers, distribution network operators).
• Handle regular correspondence with various departments and maintain accurate systems, processes, policies and procedures.
• Communicate with internal and external colleagues to provide information for effective decision making.
• Maintain internal IT systems to allow accurate reporting.
