Job summary

UCB, based in Slough, UK, seeks a Real-World Evidence Strategy Lead in Dermatology. This hybrid role requires 40% onsite presence, joining a global team to shape evidence across development, regulatory and market access.

You will lead studies, collaborate with safety, payer evidence and regional teams, and mentor colleagues while advancing evidence strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, epidemiology, statistics or related discipline.
• At least eight years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably having worked in Dermatology and Immunology space.
• Strong expertise in epidemiology, outcomes research and real-world evidence methodologies.
• Experience developing evidence strategies across clinical development, regulatory and market access.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills and having lead teams.
• Been a strong contributor or has lead Integrated Evidence roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with proven scientific communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic real-world evidence plans supporting clinical, regulatory, access and patient needs.
• Anticipate evidence gaps and identify innovative solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Lead real-world evidence studies, ensuring quality, governance, timelines and budget delivery.
• Partner across functions to align evidence strategies and stakeholder requirements.
• Build productive relationships with external experts, influencers and research partners.
• Lead and develop experts while supporting broader functional leadership and mentorship.
