Qualifications

Master's/PhD/MD in Epidemiology, Public Health, HEOR, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
8+ years in pharma/biotech with evidence generation, market access, or payer initiatives.
Strong understanding of real-world evidence, epidemiology, outcomes research, and healthcare data sources.
Experience developing evidence strategies to support regulatory, reimbursement, and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead integrated RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, and data strategies.
Identify evidence gaps and shape research plans for regulatory, market access, and safety needs.
Utilise real-world data, registries, and innovative designs to inform decisions.
Translate evolving scientific and regulatory changes into actionable evidence solutions.
Oversee RWE studies, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
Mentor RWE talent and broaden evidence-generation capabilities.
