UCB, based in Slough, UK, seeks a Real-World Evidence Strategy Lead in Dermatology. This hybrid role requires 40% onsite presence, joining a global team to shape evidence across development, regulatory and market access.

You will lead studies, collaborate with safety, payer evidence and regional teams, and mentor colleagues while advancing evidence strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, epidemiology, statistics or related discipline.
• At least eight years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably having worked in Dermatology and Immunology space.
• Strong expertise in epidemiology, outcomes research and real-world evidence methodologies.
• Experience developing evidence strategies across clinical development, regulatory and market access.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills and having lead teams.
• Been a strong contributor or has lead Integrated Evidence roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with proven scientific communication capabilities.

We are looking for a Real-World Evidence Strategy Lead, Dermatology who is strategic, collaborative and impact-driven to join us in our Real-World Evidence team, based at our office in Slough, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring 40% weekly onsite presence.

About the role

As a Real-World Evidence Strategy Lead, you will shape and deliver evidence strategies supporting assets within Dermatology. You will translate prioritized research questions into impactful real-world evidence, outcomes research and data strategies supporting clinical, regulatory, access and patient-centered decisions. This strategic role combines scientific expertise with cross-functional leadership, helping ensure evidence is relevant and fit for purpose for different stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, partnering across global development, safety, payer evidence, regional medical and patient-focused teams. You will also build relationships with external experts, influencers and research partners, while providing leadership and mentorship across the wider Global Real-World Evidence function.
