Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, HEOR, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/academic sectors with evidence generation and regulatory/ payer initiatives.
• Strong understanding of real-world evidence, epidemiology, outcomes research, and healthcare data sources.
• Experience developing evidence strategies supporting regulatory, reimbursement, clinical, and business decisions.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.

• Develop and co-lead integrated RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, and data strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Identify evidence gaps and define research plans for regulatory, market access, safety, and patient-centric needs.
• Shape evidence-generation strategies using real-world data, registries, external controls, and innovative study designs.
• Oversee execution of RWE studies, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and governance compliance.
• Mentor and develop RWE talent and collaborate with multiple functions to shape evidence strategies.
