Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing an established team of six to seven people.
• Creating a proactive, commercially focused and high-performing team environment.
• Setting clear objectives, performance expectations and measurable targets.
• Conducting regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Supporting team members with client development, negotiations and commercial opportunities.
• Identifying and developing new business across rail, engineering and technical markets.
• Strengthening existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Leading from the front through direct client engagement and business development.
• Monitoring team activity, pipeline, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Addressing performance challenges constructively and supporting individual development.
• Working closely with senior management to deliver growth objectives.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development as the team expands.
