• Proven track record in leading recruitment teams and billing clients.
• Experience developing and coaching recruitment consultants.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants.
• Set objectives and monitor KPI and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Support consultants with client meetings and candidate management.
• Drive new business development and expand client relationships.
• Manage your recruitment desk and generate consistent billings.
• Recruit and onboard new consultants as the team grows.
• Ensure best practice recruitment processes and compliance.
