Stafforce is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Loughborough team, servicing clients across the East Midlands including Daventry. Based from Loughborough, you will identify new business opportunities, visit clients, and manage recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maximise new business opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, sales meetings, service reviews, drop-ins, and business development calls.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, advertise vacancies and source talent.
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures.
• Support business growth through excellent service delivery and proactive sales activity.
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve branch and regional objectives
