Job summary

Priory Hospital Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to join the Jubilee Ward. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, site based, with a salary of £40,040 per year. Active NMC registration with RMN qualification and revalidation are required.

This position is not suitable for newly qualified nurses. You will work alongside the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team to drive high standards of clinical care, support day-to-day management, and develop a motivated, skilled workforce.

• Active NMC registration as RMN with revalidation ongoing.
• Trained Assessor/Supervisor with CPD focus.
• Clinical supervision experience essential, leadership aptitude.
• Proven commitment to continuous professional development.
• Good computer literacy for ward operations.

Priory Hospital Dewsbury is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on the Jubilee Ward. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the ward. Working alongside the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will help drive high standards of clinical care, promote a positive patient experience, and support the development of a motivated and skilled workforce.
