Job summary

Priory Hospital Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager on Jubilee Ward. This full-time, site-based role requires RMN registration with the NMC and experience in supervision and leadership.

You will collaborate with the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and a therapeutic environment. This position offers development opportunities, regular career conversations, and access to Priory's extensive training resources.

This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or preceptorship nurses.
Priory Hospital Dewsbury is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on the Jubilee Ward. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the ward. Working alongside the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will help drive high standards of clinical care, promote a positive patient experience, and support the development of a motivated and skilled workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate nurse to develop their leadership skills, influence service delivery, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of those in our care.
