• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Supporting the Train Manager in overseeing all aspects of the train's operations, including scheduling, staff management and logistics to ensure a seamless and punctual journey.
• Recruiting, training and managing a team of service professionals, ensuring that they deliver the service standards required.
• Ensuring the safety and security of passengers, crew and the train itself. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Coordinating dining services on board, working closely with the culinary team to provide a fine dining experience.
• Managing onboard amenities and services, including entertainment, spa services and other luxury offerings.

Requirements

What You Bring:
