Lidl GB in Dunfermline is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, stock integrity, and inspire colleagues while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role offers £38,000 - £46,000 per annum, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, ongoing training, enhanced family leave, and solid progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to help customers and colleagues clearly.
• Ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs and stock control.
