Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited in Doncaster is looking for a motivated individual to support our Store Manager and help lead the store’s daily operations. You’ll focus on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and motivating the team to meet and exceed targets.

In this busy retail role you’ll be the face of Tapi, input orders accurately using store technology, handle customer queries with confidence, and help create a welcoming shopping environment while upholding our values of

Responsibilities

• Wow customers at every turn.
• Deputise for the Store Manager across all Store operations.
• Assist in the management of the store including sales targets and team motivation.
• Support and train the team to succeed and deliver the “Tapi difference”.
• Support the Store Manager to induct new Tapi colleagues.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers – surpassing expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager in the appearance of the store and support promotional changes.
• Handle customer complaints in difficult situations.
• Ensure we exceed customers’ expectations to encourage recommendations and repeat business.
• Always look for ways to improve for customers, colleagues and the wider Tapi business.
• Regularly input customer order details accurately using Tapi technology.
