Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited Guilford store is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to support the Store Manager and help run the store. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

You will lead by example, drive sales to targets, deliver outstanding service, train and induct new team members, and help promote the Tapi difference across day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with your store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Deputise for the Store Manager across store operations.
• Assist in managing sales targets and team motivation.
• Support and train the team to succeed and deliver the Tapi difference.
• Induct new Tapi colleagues and drive sales to meet targets.
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers and exceed expectations.
• Maintain store appearance and support promotional changes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure high-quality input of order details using store systems.
• Follow health, safety and security requirements.
