Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales, store standards and team performance across the Tonbridge area. This hands-on leadership role will involve supporting the Store Manager and leading the store on their absence while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The role requires a proactive leader who can travel between stores in the Tonbridge area, manage a high-turnover environment, and coach a team to achieve KPI targets and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across stores in the Tonbridge area.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards.
• Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day.
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best.
• Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
