B&M Retail Limited in Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead on the shop floor. This hands-on role requires you to be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to keep the store running smoothly.

You will drive sales, coach your team, and lead in the manager’s absence, delivering great customer service and high standards across all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards.
• Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example daily.
• Run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver their best.
• Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
