B&M stores in Romvalley, Romford area, is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive performance and lead the team on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, supporting the Store Manager and stepping in during their absence. You’ll coach colleagues, uphold high standards and deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards.
• Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day.
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

• Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
