Job summary

Aldi is seeking a proactive deputy store manager to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support the leadership team to drive engagement and KPIs.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, till operations, and health & safety compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible 25–35 hours per week with benefits are offered.

• Strong customer service and compliance skills.
• Motivated to meet and exceed targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations
• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
