Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support staff training to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include cost control, stock rotation, till reconciliation, and maintaining health and safety standards while building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
