Weston Hospicecare Limited in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our High Street shop. This part-time role supports the shop manager to maintain high standards and deliver excellent shopping service to customers and donors.

You will help manage a team of paid staff and volunteers, promote volunteer recruitment, and liaise with the hospice's retail and logistics teams. A DBS check is requested; experience in shop management, stock, merchandising, health and safety, and cash

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to complete paperwork; working knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable.
• Experience in day-to-day shop management including stock, merchandising, health and safety, and financial procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards to deliver excellent shopping service to customers and donors.
• Help manage a team of paid staff and volunteers, including promoting volunteer recruitment opportunities.
• Maintain good relations with the public, wider retail and logistics teams, and hospice colleagues.
• Complete required paperwork as needed.
• Work as part of the Retail Hospice Team.
