As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and hands-on, managing operations on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From cash processes and stock monitoring to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a productive environment. You’ll also take on significant responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example to support your team.
