• Set a positive example for the Store Team and customers
• Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
• Lead and inspire your team, utilizing our Leadership & Company Principles
• Oversee deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
