Job summary

B&M Retail in Newry is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, oversee the shop floor and step in during their absence. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to keep the store performing at its best.

You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and uphold customer service standards while developing people and aiming for continuous improvement.
