Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum

About the role

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be a key leader, managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, inspiring your team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll handle cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and lead by example to create a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set a great example for your team and customers
  • Manage the store independently when needed
  • Lead and motivate your team using Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
  • Oversee deliveries, manage till operations, and monitor KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
Requirements
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Good time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to support your team during shifts
