Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager to lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
2. Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
3. Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
4. Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
5. Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
